Deleting a Custom Standard

You can delete only custom standards that are not active.

To delete a custom standard:

1. Do one of the following:
   • On the ribbon, click Mechanical Content > Manage > Standards.
   • On the Mechanical toolbar, click Standards .
   • On the menu, click Mechanical Content > Standards.
2. Mke sure that the standard that you want to delete is not active. If it is the active standard, select another standard as the active standard.
3. Select the custom standard and click Delete.
4. Click Yes to complete the deletion.

   The deleted standard is removed from the Custom standards list.

5. Click Close.
