Values

0 Suppresses zero feet and precisely zero inches
1 Displayszero feet and precisely zero inches
2 Displays zero feet, but suppresses zero inches
3 Suppresses zero feet, but displays zero inches

Add one of the following if desired:

4 Suppresses leading zeros in all decimal dimensions
8 Suppresses trailing zeros in all decimal dimensions
12 Suppresses leading and trailing zeros in all decimal dimensions
