Redirecting Guidelines to Follow a Route Path In the Auto Route PropertyManager, you can redirect guidelines to follow a route path. The guidelines identify the nearest sketch segment that leads to the corresponding end connector and follow that path. Click Tools > Electrical > Routing > Auto Route. Under Routing Mode, select Guidelines. Select Follow Routing Path. To ensure accurate results, use Follow Routing Path before merging wires. In the graphics area, select sketches to use as route paths. A preview of the guidelines, aligned with the selected sketch, displays in the graphics area.
