Sheets Tab
You can use the Sheets tab in
the SolidWorks
eDrawings Manager to manage drawing files.
You can activate sheets and activate or hide drawing views.
When you open a drawing file, the Sheets
tab opens automatically. Tools on the tab are:
Overview
Window. Displays overview of selected sheet in a pop-up window.
3D
Pointer. A linked set of crosshairs appears in each of the drawing
views.
Create
Layout. Create a new drawing sheet with selected drawing views.
Icons on the tab are:

To activate a sheet:
Select a sheet tab below the graphics area. These
tabs display the sheet name used on the Sheets
tab.
Double-click the sheet on the Sheets
tab.
Right-click the sheet on the Sheets
tab and click Activate.
To activate a drawing view:
Select the drawing view in the graphics area or on the Sheets
tab.
You can activate drawing views from an active or inactive sheet,
but you can see drawing views on the active sheet only.
To zoom to a drawing view:
Double-click the drawing view in the graphics area or on the Sheets tab.
You can also double-click a drawing view in the Overview
Window to display only the selected
drawing view.
To hide or show a drawing view:
Right-click the drawing view in the graphics area or on the Sheets tab, and select Hide
or Show.
To select one drawing view and hide all others:
Right-click a drawing view in the graphics area or on the Sheets tab and select Hide
Others.
To show all hidden drawing views:
Right-click anywhere in the graphics area
or any drawing view on the Sheets
tab, and select Show All.
