Auto Dimension Scheme

Polar Plus and Minus Dimension Schemes

You can use Auto Dimension Scheme to apply polar plus and minus dimension schemes. Use the polar dimension scheme to apply DimXpert patterns with axial features to define a bolt circle. In the Auto Dimension Scheme PropertyManager, set the Minimum number of holes to recognize as a pattern.

Dimension Layout

When you use Auto Dimension Scheme , the layout of dimensions has been improved to account for the sketch direction.

The example below is the same part, but each sketch is extruded along a different axis:

X-axis Y-axis Z-axis
