Creating a Vault View

To create a local view of a vault:

1. Click Start, All Programs, Enterprise PDM, View Setup.

2. Click Next.

3. Select servers from the list and click Next.

If prompted for log-in information, ask your administrator for permission to add file vault views.

4. Select vaults from the list and click Next.

5. In the Select location dialog box:

   1. Under Attach location, browse to a location on your local machine for the file vault view.

   2. Under Attach type, select from:

      • Only for me. Local views are accessible only to you.

      • For all users on this computer. Recommended when working in a terminal environment).

   3. Click Next.

6. Click Finish, then click Close.
