Hole Callout Standards

All default standards for hole callouts (ANSI, ISO, Din, etc.) are defined in a text file under installation directory\solidworks\lang\<language>\calloutformat.txt.

If you require derived hole standards, you must define these in this file as well.

To define a derived hole callout standard:

  1. Locate and open calloutformat.txt.

  2. Copy and paste content describing the ANSI standard.

  3. Using only upper case letters, substitute the new derived standard name for ANSI in this copied section of text in the file.
