Removing Files from Workspaces (Web Client)

When you remove a file from a workspace, it will no longer be visible or accessible to any contacts who have access.

  1. Click a workspace name.

    The selected workspace opens.

  2. Select one or more files.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click File Options > Remove From Workspace .
      This option is not available when multiple items are selected.
    • Click Select Action > Remove From Workspace.

    A confirmation dialog opens.

  4. Click Yes.

    The selected file(s) are removed from the workspace.

    This action does not delete the selected file(s) from My n!Fuze Library.
