Using Edge Selection to Place a Location Dimension Between Planes

Using edge selection to place a location dimension between two planes:

  1. Click Location Dimension (DimXpert toolbar) or Tools > DimXpert > Location Dimension.
  2. Select a linear edge bounded by two parallel faces that are perpendicular to the edge.

  3. Click to place the dimension.

  4. Set the PropertyManager options, then click PM_OK.gif.
