Importing and Exporting ECAD File Features

You can import layers, traces, holes of any shape, filled areas, vias, and pads from ECAD® files into the CircuitWorks™ software. You can also build these features into a SolidWorks assembly from CircuitWorks.

Not all ECAD file types support all of these features, and you cannot export traces, filled areas, vias, or pads back into CircuitWorks from SolidWorks.
