Excluding Hidden Components

You can exclude interferences involving hidden components.

  1. Click Interference Detection (Assembly toolbar) or Tools > Interference Detection.
  2. In the PropertyManager, under Options, select Ignore hidden bodies/components.

When you click Calculate, interferences involving components that are hidden, including those hidden by the Isolate command, are ignored.

As in previous releases when the option was named Ignore hidden bodies, interferences between a multibody part's hidden bodies and other components are also ignored.
