You can create the first motion study for an assembly by clicking the Motion Study tab to the right of the Model tab toward the lower portion of the graphics area.
You can run Animation and Motion Analysis motion studies for layout sketch mechanisms you create from sketch blocks.
You can calculate motion study results for different model configurations.
Motion studies motors simulate motion acting on a body as if it were applied by a motor. You can use motors in Motion Studies to move components in an assembly.
You can specify the exact time for key points and the time bar in nanoseconds or other units.
A View key is a view of the model at a particular point in time (camera view or model view).
You can use interpolation to simulate motion between key points in which there is a continuous value that changes at the end key point. You cannot use interpolation if you are simulating jumps in motion.
