Modifying a Cross Break Sketch

You can edit a cross break sketch to move the points that define the sketch.

Endpoints of cross break sketch lines must be on an edge and the lines must intersect.

To modify a cross break sketch:

  1. In the FeatureManager design tree, right-click a cross break and click Edit Feature fm_edit_feature.png.
  2. In the Cross Break PropertyManager, click Edit Cross Profile.

The Profile Sketch dialog box opens with the sketch in edit mode.

  3. In the graphics area, in the sketch, double-click an end point to display the Point PropertyManager.
  4. Under Existing Relations, right-click the relationship that constrains the point and select Delete.
  5. Move the point along an edge of the sketch.
  6. In the Profile Sketch dialog box, verify that the sketch is valid.
  7. Under Add Relations, click Fix to fully define the sketch.
  8. In the Profile Sketch dialog box, click Finish.
