Sorting in a BOM

You can sort items in a BOM literally or numerically.

In a BOM, right-click an item and select Sort. Under Method, select:

Literal	Applies a left-to-right alphanumeric sort to each digit within every field in the column to be sorted.
Numeric	Applies a numeric sort between numbers based on the magnitude of the number. When letters are included, alphanumeric sorting is applied as a secondary sorting method.
