Resize Thumbnail Previews of SOLIDWORKS Files in Tables

You can resize thumbnail previews of SOLIDWORKS files using Change Thumbnail Preview Size.

SOLIDWORKS PDM lets you select the size of thumbnail previews as Small, Medium, or Large. By default, Medium is selected. When you select the size in one table, SOLIDWORKS PDM sets the same size in applicable tables and on tabs.

To resize the thumbnail previews:

  1. Right-click in the file list.
  2. Click Change Thumbnail Preview Size and select the size to use.
The thumbnail previews for non-SOLIDWORKS files may not be clear when you select Medium or Large.
