Change State on Multiple Items Dialog Box

In the full version, the Change State on Multiple Items interface lets you transition multiple files.

When you transition multiple files, you can use the same transition action and comment for all files, or specify a different transition action for each file.

To open the Change State on Multiple Items dialog box, select files and expand the arrow next to Change State.

Change All Lets you select the transition action and enter a comment that can be used for multiple files.
File Displays the files to be transitioned.
Current State Displays the current states of files.
Transition Displays the transition selected in Change All. You can select a different transition for individual file.
Password Lets you enter a password to complete a transition if an administrator has enabled authentication on the transition.
Change State Changes the state of files.
Cancel Cancels the change state operation and displays the file detail view.
