Getting the Latest Version

You can retrieve the most recent version of an item.

Use Get Latest Version to retrieve the current version after using Get Version to retrieve an earlier version of an item.

To get the latest versions of one or more items:

Select the items, then right-click and select Get Latest Version.

If you selected one item with no links, the latest version is retrieved. Otherwise, the Get dialog box appears.
Select what Version of references to retrieve:
- Referenced version to retrieve the as-built versions of linked files and items.
- Latest version to retrieve the latest versions of linked files and items.
Select Get for items and files you want to retrieve.

Click Show or hide files to toggle the display of file links.
Click Get.
The main pane displays updated version information.
