Getting a Version

You can retrieve a specific version of an item.

  1. Right-click an item, select Get Version, and select a version from the list.

    If you selected an item with no links, the version is retrieved. Otherwise, the Get dialog box appears.

  2. Select what Version of references to retrieve:
    • Referenced version to retrieve the as-built versions of linked files and items.
    • Latest version to retrieve the latest versions of linked files and items.
  3. Select Get for items and files you want to retrieve.
    Click Show or hide files to toggle the display of file links.
  4. Click Get.

    The main pane displays updated version information.
