You can export search results as a comma-separated value (.csv) file.

Expand Open Search and select Search Cards.

For each tab, specify search criteria and click or Start search
(toolbar).

Click or Save Search Result
(toolbar).

In the Export Search Result dialog box, browse to a location and enter a file name for the exported search results.
The search results file contains a comma-separated list with a row for each match. The content of each row corresponds to the columns in the search results window.
