Activating a Standard

You can make a standard the current standard for a drawing by activating it. The activated standard is used as the default standard in the Standard drop-down list of the Mechanical Toolbox - Hardware and Mechanical Toolbox - Holes dialog boxes.

1. Click Standards (Mechanical Toolbox toolbar) or Mechanical Toolbox > Standards.
2. In the dialog box, select a standard from the Basic standards or Custom standards list.
3. Click Activate.
   The standard appears as the Active standard.
4. Click Close.
