Opening DraftSight Files External to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

In DraftSight Connected, you can use the Open from This PC tool to open DraftSight files external to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including your local 3DDrive.

To open DraftSight files external to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform:

Do one of the following:
- Click Open from this PC (Quick Access toolbar).
- Click File > Open from this PC.
- In the 3DSearch - DraftSight Content window, click Open from this PC.
In the dialog box, select a file and click Open.
