Scale and make copies of entities by selecting a Base point 
, a Scale Factor 
, and optionally, the number of copies.
To open this PropertyManager:
Click Scale Entities (Sketch toolbar) or .

Scale about |
Sets a Base point as the point to scale about. |

For example, specify 2 for double size, 0.5 for half size, and so on. |

Copy |
Creates one or more copies of the scaled entities. To keep the original and create scaled entities, select Copy.
