Rebuild a drawing

Contextual menu of a drawing: Rebuild

 

This command allows you to update or recreate a drawing according to the data stored in the electrical project database.

 

On launching this command, a dialog box opens displaying the available options.

 

Rebuild: The SOLIDWORKS Electrical entities (those that are managed in the database) are deleted and regenerated in the drawing according to the information stored in the database. The elements drawn by the commands of the Draw and Modify menus (entities that are not managed by the database) are conserved.

Delete and rebuild: The drawing is deleted and rebuilt according to the information stored in the database. The elements drawn by the commands of the Draw and Modify menus (entities that are not managed by the database) are lost.

Do nothing: Cancels the command.
