Automatic SOLIDWORKS file generation

The files that allow you to insert your materials are automatically generated by SOLIDWORKS Electrical.

- One file per location, allowing you to insert the project components.

- A general file, allowing you to collate the entirety of each location.

SOLIDWORKS Electrical toolbar (Project)

Menu: Tools > SOLIDWORKS Electrical > Process > SOLIDWORKS Assembly

Contextual menu of the project: Process > SOLIDWORKS Assembly

If you want to use an existing assembly, click the Select existing file checkbox and select the desired file in your workstation. This file will be considered as a Shortcut file.

The files are automatically added to the electrical project pages.

Double-click on a file to open it in the graphical area (or use the contextual menu > Open).
