It creates a new entity at a specified distance from an existing entity
or a given point.
Offset definition
Through point: Click two points
corresponding to the distance between the original entity and the copy.
Distance: Enter the distance
between the original entity and the copy.
Select an entity you want to copy and click a point to indicate the
side you want to copy the entity.
It is not recommended to use this command in electrical schemes because
it can lead to unpredictable results.
