Align blocks

Menu: Modify > Align blocks

 

Aligns selected blocks from a reference block.

 

The first step is to select the reference block. The dockable panel displays available options.

 

Ends the command.

Validates the selection.

Options

Nearest: The selected blocks are moved vertically or horizontally, according to their insertion point position. The nearest axis to their position is used.

Horizontal: The insertion points of the selected blocks are aligned from a horizontal axe.

Vertical: The insertion points of the selected blocks are aligned from a vertical axe.

 

Select one of these options, then select the blocks you want to align from the reference block.

The alignment is done from the insertion point of the reference block.
