Exporting to 2D PDF

After you balloon the inspection characteristics, you can export the ballooned document to a 2D PDF.

To export to 2D PDF:

Click Export to 2D PDF (SOLIDWORKS Inspection toolbar).

In the 2D PDF Export dialog box, specify options and click OK.

Export drawing as single PDF	Exports the entire drawing as a single .pdf file.
Export sheets as separate PDFs	Exports each drawing sheet as a separate .pdf file.
Selected Sheets	Specifies the drawing sheets to save in the .pdf file.

In the Save As dialog box, specify the file name and location and click Save.
