Exporting to Microsoft Excel

After you balloon the inspection characteristics, you can export the ballooned document to an inspection report.

There are four inspection report templates: AS9102 forms, PPAP, Process Performance Sheet, and Large Logo Template. You can also create custom templates. See Customizing Inspection Report Templates.

To export to Microsoft^® Excel^®:

Click Export to Excel (SOLIDWORKS Inspection toolbar).
Specify options in the Exporting PropertyManager.
In the Save As dialog box, specify the file name and location and click Save.

Search 'Exporting to Microsoft Excel' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
