Publishing Drawing Sheet Sets

Use the Sheet Set Manager, to publish all sheets contained within a drawing sheet set, a subset of a drawing sheet set, or a single sheet. You can publish the drawing sheets to PDF, DWF, DWFx, as well as to a printer.

To publish a drawing sheet subset or an individual drawing sheet:

  1. In the Sheet Set Manager, open the drawing sheet set to publish.
  2. Specify the drawing sheets to publish and the publishing options.
  3. Specify the publishing options for each drawing sheet or each subset. See Setting Publishing Options for Drawing Sheet Sets.
  4. Click a drawing sheet set, subset, or a drawing sheet to select it.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To publish to PDF, click Publish and select Publish to PDF (or right-click and select Publish > Publish to PDF from the context menu).
    • To publish to DWF, click Publish and select Publish to DWF (or right-click and select Publish > Publish to DWF from the context menu).
    • To publish to DWFx, click Publish and select Publish to DWFx (or right-click and select Publish > Publish to DWFx from the context menu).
    • To publish to a printer, click Publish and select Publish to Printer (or right-click and select Publish > Publish to Printer from the context menu).

    The printing icon appears in the right side of the status bar indicating that the publishing process is running in the background.

    Note: For each drawing sheet the printer specified in the PageLayout associated with each drawing sheet is used.
