Draw Commands You can create 2D graphic entities using the commands in the Creation section of the Draw menu. Contents Drawing Lines You can create a series of line segments in the active file. Creating and Managing Hyperlinks You can link an external file or a project drawing to a graphical element. You can also link to items such as image files and PDF files. Creating Attributes You can create an attribute. Attributes let you define a different text item at each block insertion. In SOLIDWORKS Electrical, the attributes are used to propagate electrical project data in the graphical objects. Creating Blocks You can create a named block or group of entities from the active file that you can reinsert into the file multiple times. Inserting Blocks You can insert a block (a group of entities) into the file.
