The only stress in a truss is the uniform axial stress.

folder and select Define Stress Plot

In the PropertyManager, under Display:
- Select psi in Units
.
- Select Axial in Beam stress.

The force in each truss is equal to the axial
stress multiplied by its cross-sectional area.
