Show Usage Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to see where a revision number or a revision number component is used.

To display this dialog box:

  • To see which workflow states use a revision number, expand Revisions > Revision numbers , then right-click a revision and select Show usages.
  • To see which revision numbers use a revision number component, expand Revisions > Revision number components, then right-click a component and select Show usages.

This dialog box also appears when you try to delete a revision number or component that is in use.
