One or more vault administrators specify settings for the SOLIDWORKS Workgroup PDM vault and permissions for users.
If users are logged in to Workgroup PDM, and the vault administrator makes changes to any of the settings, the settings do not take effect until the users refresh their vault views. Some changes (such as deleting a user) take effect when users log out or close SOLIDWORKS or Workgroup PDM.

The user name of the administrator currently logged in appears at the bottom of each tab.
In the SOLIDWORKS Task Scheduler, you can update Workgroup PDM files and print them in batches.
