File Status Icons

Icons show the status of each assembly, subassembly, part, drawing and other model components.

The icons tell you if the version on your computer is the most recent, or if a newer version is available in a Collaborative Space.

Icon Status Meaning
New If the file has been created on user's computer and has never been uploaded to the Collaborative Space, the file status is new. Or if the file is stored in the Collaborative Space and has never been downloaded to the user's computer, the status is new.
Current Identical version on the user's computer and in the Collaborative Space.
Changes not saved to Collaborative Space. Modified version on the user's computer not yet saved to the Collaborative Space.
Collaborative Space has newer file. Modified version in the Collaborative Space not yet saved on the user's computer.
