Setting Active Drafting Styles

Use the Styles command to activate a drafting style for use with subsequent commands.

Drafting styles include TextStyles, DimensionStyles, RichLineStyles, TableStyles, Layers, and line fonts (LineStyles, LineColors, and LineWeights).

To set a drafting style as active:

  1. Type Styles at the command prompt.

    In the Options dialog box, the Drafting Styles page opens and Active Drafting Styles expands.

  2. Expand a style:
  3. Double-click an item to activate it.

    appears before the item to indicate that it is activated.

    An  in front of a TextStyle or DimensionStyle name indicates that you can apply this style for annotative scaling of Notes, SimpleNotes, and Dimensions.

  4. Click OK.
