Group Properties - BOM Permissions

Use the BOM Permissions page to set group access to BOMs defined for the vault.

To access this page:

  1. Display the group's Properties dialog box.
    • For an existing group, expand the Groups node and double-click the group.
    • When creating groups, right-click Groups and select New Group.
  2. In the left pane, click BOM Permissions.
Activate computed BOM BOMs group members can activate.

A computed BOM must be activated to be displayed in the BOM view in File Explorer.

This option is not available for item BOMs.
