Twisting the Camera

Twisting the camera rotates it clockwise/counterclockwise in the 2D plane.

To twist the camera:

Do one of the following:

In the toolbar, click Camera Tools > Twist , then click and drag.
In the Palette, on the Camera tab, under Transform enter a value for Twist.

Search 'Twisting the Camera' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
