Multilingual text

Multilingual text is special text in that it can be entered in all languages specified in the electrical project. It can be distinguished from a classic text, as it is stored in the database. When the electrical project language is changed, the multilingual text automatically switches languages. This interface is the same as Multilingual text insertion and edition.
