Close

Menu: File > Close

Closes the active document.

Note: You can click the cross in the top right corner of the graphics area or the cross in the file tab.

If you open and modify a DWG file and then click Close, the Save to... dialog box will ask if you want to save the file before closing it.

When closing SOLIDWORKS Electrical Schematic drawings, the application automatically saves the documents before closing.
