You can exclude a component, configuration, or model from the
bill
of
materials.
When you select this option, the exclusion occurs the next time you insert the
component, configuration, or model.
To
exclude a
component from a
bill of materials:
- Open a component and
click the
ConfigurationManager
tab.
- Right-click a configuration and click Properties.
- In the
PropertyManager,
under Bill of Materials Options, select
Set 'Exclude from bill of materials' when
inserted into assembly.
