Assigning Materials

Use the material assignments from an existing study for the ThermalStress study.

Expand the Transient study.
Drag the Parts folder of the Transient study to the ThermalStress study.
The Parts icon of the ThermalStress study appears with a check mark indicating that all bodies have a material assignment.

Search 'Assigning Materials' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
