Running the Transient Study Before you run the Transient study, you need to have a mesh. You also make sure to have a compatible mesh between the bonded components. To define a compatible mesh for the bonded components: In the Simulation study tree, right-click Global Interaction (-Bonded-) and select Edit Definition. In the PropertyManager, under Advanced, select Enforce common nodes between touching boundaries. Under Bonding Formulation, select Surface to Surface. Click . To mesh the model and run the Transient study: In the Simulation study tree, right-click Mesh and select Create Mesh .
