Exporting Table Data

You can export data from a Table, Bill of Materials or Revision Table entity to an .xlsx, .xls, or a .csv file.

To export table data:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • On the ribbon, click Annotate > Tables > Export Tables .
    • On the menu, click File > Export > Export Table.
    • Type EXPORTTABLE.
  2. In the graphics area, select a single table entity. The entity type must be either a Table, Bill of Materials (BOM) or Revision Table.

    Note: Customized tables that are created as a Block are not supported.

  3. In the Save As dialog box, enter a file name and save it as an .xlsx, .xls, or a .csv file to a specific location.

You can use Microsoft Excel to view the exported data.
