Settings Dialog Box - Copy Tree

Use the Copy Tree page to define how variables are affected when you use the Copy Tree command to copy files and references within the vault.

By default, the files and all file card data values are copied to the new location. By defining the copy tree settings, you can clear or update certain variable values in the target copies. For example, when the user uses Copy Tree to copy a CAD file and its referenced files, the Enterprise PDM software can clear the project and revision number values.

To display the Settings dialog box, right-click a user or group and select Settings.
