Settings Dialog Box - Messages

Use the Messages page to specify how to alert users when they receive a notification from SolidWorks Enterprise PDM or a new message from another user.

To display the Settings dialog box, right-click a user or group and select Settings.

Options

Cause a sound to be played. The sound that is configured on the system for new mail notifications alerts the user.
Bring up the New Notification dialog box. The New Notification dialog box displays when the notification is received.
