Archive Document Revisions (Client)
Archive and restore revisions of individual documents in a client if
the vault administrator gives you permission.
The vault administrator specifies the archive folder on the VaultAdmin
Projects tab. You must own documents
to archive or restore their revisions.
You can see which revisions
of a document have been archived or restored on the History/Notes
tab in the Document
Information dialog box.
To archive or restore document revisions:
Right-click a document in the vault view and select
Archive/Restore Document.
In the dialog box, select Archive
or Restore under Task.
Under Revisions,
select the revisions to archive or restore. Use Set
All or Clear All to aid
in the selection. The latest revision is labeled (Latest).
Click OK. For the archive operation, click Yes to confirm.
