Adding Configurations

You can add configurations and derived configurations to Treehouse parts and assemblies.

To add and edit configurations:

  1. Pause the pointer over a part or assembly template to display the configurations option.

  2. Click .

    The Configuration dialog box opens.

  3. Click Add Configuration, type a configuration name, and click OK.
  4. Click to add instances of a configuration to the assembly.
  5. To add a derived configuration, click an existing configuration name and click Add Derived Configuration.
  6. Click to exit the Configuration dialog box.
