Paste Special Wizard Improvements

When you copy and paste an element, you can associate it with an existing mark, create a new mark for the entity, and rename the element.

This enhancement applies to books, folders, files, locations, functions, components, cables, harnesses, wire styles, cable styles, wires, and equipotential lines.

Previously, the Paste Special Wizard allowed you to choose only one action for each type of element. For example, you could keep the existing mark for all cables, but you could not keep existing marks for some cables and create new marks for others.
