The Animation tab in the Output Tools dialog box includes the following settings which appear when you click .
Output File
The animation functions are available only in SOLIDWORKS Visualize Professional.
The Animation tab has two sections, Animation Options and Render Options. The Animation Options are described below.
Filename |
Lets you name the output file. |
Image Format |
Sets the format of the output images. |
Render Output Passes |
Renders specialized output passes that you can use in post-processing software (such as Adobe® Photoshop®) to enhance the normal output pass. |
Movie Format |
Sets the format of the output movie. |
Include Alpha |
Includes an alpha channel in the output file. |
Create Movie |
Encodes the animation data into a movie format using the parameters below. |
Frame Range (Start/End) |
Set the first and last frames to render in the animation sequence. To specify a range for the start and end frames, you can move and adjust the handles in the slider control.

Frames Per Second (FPS) |
(Read-only.) The frame rate of playback. The value is taken from the FPS you set in the animation timeline.

Duration |
(Read-only.) Displays the start and end time of the animation, relative to the zero keyframe. |
