Creating Snapshots

A snapshot uses the current camera to capture what you see in the 3D Viewport.

To create snapshots:

  1. Press Ctrl+K.
  2. In the Options dialog box, on the 3D Viewport tab, set the Maximum Resolution for the snapshot size (in pixels).
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click Output Tools > Snapshot .
  5. In the Output Tools dialog box, on the Snapshot tab:
    1. In the Smart Control Bar, select a render profile from the drop-down list or create a custom profile.
    2. Set options.
    3. Click Take Snapshot to finish, or click Close to save the current position and composition for later reference.
